E.X.T.R.A. Experience Tremendously Rewarding Activities

The E.X.T.R.A. program is Grandview's Extended Day Program and is available for students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Students enrolled in E.X.T.R.A. will participate in organized enrichment classes. Classes offered include:

• Arts and Crafts (M/W 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM)
• Sports (T/TH 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM)
• Cheerleading/Tumbling (M/W 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM for 2nd - 5th) (Entire Year)
• Drama (W 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for 2nd - 5th) (Entire Year)
• Golf (M 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM for Pre-K3, Pre-K4, and K)
• Golf (M 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM for 1st - 5th)
• Dance (Merengue /Salsa) (M/W 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM for K-1st) (Entire Year)
• Dance (Merengue /Salsa) (M/W 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM for 2nd- 5th) (Entire Year)
• Tae Kwon Do (T/TH 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM for K - 5th)
• Tennis (W 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4)
• Tennis (W 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM for K - 5th)
• Vocal Lessons (T/TH 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM for 2nd - 5th grade with instructor's approval) (Entire Year)
• Band (M/W 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM for 4th and 5th) (Entire Year)
• Yoga (F 3:00 PM - 3:45 for 1st - 5th)

All classes are limited to 20 students, and class availability changes each quarter. Snack is provided for all students enrolled in the E.X.T.R.A. program.

Classes meet 2:45-3:30, 3:00-4:00 or 4:00-4:45 (Always read your schedule) on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Tennis is on Wednesdays and Golf is on Mondays.

All E.X.T.R.A. students will be brought to the car pick-up line for dismissal after their class. All E.X.T.R.A. students who are not picked up by 3:30 will be brought to Extended Day and will be charged for the remainder of that day.

We offer several payment options for the Extended Day/EXTRA programs in order to meet the needs of all of our Grandview families. Please check on the options with a member of the afternoon crew.
